Event Cancellation
The race will run rain or shine and the tracks can be altered in the unlikely event of extreme weather. In the incredibly unlikely event of having to cancel the race, we will do our best to refund competitors as much as is feasible for us to do so. If we have to cancel 2 days before the event, a refund will be 50%, 7 days before will be 70%, and 2 weeks before 80%.
