7:00am-8:15am - Transition opens/checkin at registration
8:00am - Pool open for warm up
8:15am - transition and pool closes for warm up
8:20am - Race Briefing, All competitors must attend.
7:30am - Elite Male race starts
7:35am - Elite Female race starts

Course Distance
Swim: 400m pool swim (16 lengths)
Bike: 15km (5 x 3km laps)
Run: 3km (3 x 1km laps)

Races start in the Pool at Linton Military Camp.

Traffic management will be in place, but this is to warn other road uses that we are there, the roads are open and riders must obey NZ road rules at ALL times.
Please be courteous to other road users and competitors.

The top 16 of each gender from the Elite category at the Manawatu Junior Triathlon League will be selected for this event.
