***Updated 6/30/20 -- All of Washingtonian's daily activities have been impacted by COVID-19 social distancing restrictions recently. It does not appear that we will be able to host this event in-person, so the VFW Post 7511 has made the decision to host this as a virtual race event. This means you will register for the race and then on race day you should run on your own or with a friend and post photos to social media (Facebook or Instagram) with the #Flags4rFallen hashtag. You'll have bragging rights, a cool tee-shirt, honored our Gold Star Community, and have supported your local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post!

VFW Post 7511 and its Auxiliary are excited to announce the 4th Annual Flags for our Fallen 5k (Virtual) Race. Join us on Saturday, August 22nd, in remembering the lives of the brave men and women who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country. This year we will also be honoring Gold Star Families and recognize their strength and resiliency while paying our respects to their loss.

Registration for the race will be $30 (on or after 8/1/20 registration fee is $35). Please note this year we will only have unisex shirts, so please choose your shirt size accordingly. Race tee-shirts will be provided for racers that register before July 26th. Kids under 12 race free (no tee-shirt provided). Dogs are also welcome to run with you :-)

Pre-race tee-shirt pick up will be available on 8/21/20, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM @ 17150 W. Main Street, Monroe, WA 98272.
