Register for AKC Season Opening Day Paddling

Saturday 5th October
 
1. 4km Race  
2. 2km Race – Beginners 
3. 2km Race – Juniors
4. Bring out your Classic Boat class – 1km
5. Junior Foundations K2: 1 lap around island (800m)
6. Novelty Relay:
Maximum of 5 participants per team, have to have at least one parent or adult and junior, participants can do more than one leg. Doesn’t matter how many adults or juniors make up the team as long as there is a team 😊. Novelty races are all about participation and have some of the best prizes – so join in and register.

Note that you can enter up to 3 categories
 
We are encouraging all participants to paddle a bit, enjoy some food and share a laugh.
Entry is free for AKC members
 
Schedule for the Day:
1. Registration 7.15-7.30am
2. Brief 7.45am
3. Race start 8am
4. Free coffee voucher for all race participants.
 
Food supplied by AKC Slalom – for the small cost of a donation.
