“Pizza Run 5K/Kids Run” is a run/walk to benefit Team RWB, a veteran support organization.

Their mission is enriching the lives of veterans by engaging them in physical and social activities along with civilians. Anyone can become a member at TeamRWB.org.

All finishers receive a unique pizza box medal and lapel pin. No packet pickup is necessary! Check in starts at 7:30 am on jueves, 31 de enero de 2019.

The park is located at 2100 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Mesa, AZ 85201. Please follow the map posted on RunYourRaceAZ.com.

The course is on the Rio Salado Bike Pathway, along the North side of the park and through the tunnel. Parking is in the Yellow parking lot.

The 5K race is scheduled to start at 9:00 am, so please arrive early! The race is chip timed with age group awards. Your finisher medal will be awarded after the run and water and a slice of pizza will be provided.

Kids 1 Mile Run: Arrive between 10 - 10:45 am for check in. Start time will be 11 am. Kids may run 1 mile or less to earn their medal. (No timing or awards)

Virtual option: If you can’t make the date, you may run your race virtually on any day, time or course that you choose. Simply report back your finishing time using our Contact us form at RunYourRaceAZ.com. Medals and bibs are mailed, usually within 48 hours of registration, if available.

Our events are both dog and stroller friendly, but we ask that they start near the rear for safety reasons.
