EVENT PARTICIPATION DISCLAIMER
Before participating in a Liquid Level Promotions event, all participants must read the important information in this document and then sign the declaration and disclaimer electronically.
1. The Participant understands that this event / activity is potentially hazardous to those taking part and the Participant does so at his/her own risk;
2. The Participant will not participate in the event / activity unless they are medically fit on the day of the event / activity and that, in any case, they will participate at their own risk.
3. To the extent permitted by law, the Participant accepts that Liquid Level Promotions and the venue will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of participation in the event / activity.
4. The Participant shall not make any Claim or Demand against Liquid Level Promotions or the venue for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, any Claim or Demand arising as a result of any action, default, commission or negligence of Liquid Level Promotions.
5. The Participant must comply with all laws in force for the time being and must indemnify and keep Liquid Level Promotions indemnified against any Claim or Demand arising out of a breach or alleged breach of any law by a Participant.
6. Nothing in these terms of participation shall exclude or limit the liability of Liquid Level Promotions for personal injury due to its negligence or its fraud.
7. The Participant will grant permission to Liquid Level Promotions to use or authorize other involved agencies to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, data or any other record of the Participants participation in this event for any legitimate purpose without remuneration.
8. The Participant will behave in a manner that is acceptable to Liquid Level Promotions, the venue and any persons who may be affected by the Participant's actions and behaviour.

"Participant " includes the legal or personal representatives of the Participant; "Liquid Level Promotions" means RaceWKND and each of its officers, members, employees, agents and independent contractors and any volunteer assisting it in connection with the Event. "Venue" means and includes the owner, lessee or occupier of the venue and any employee, agent or independent contractor of any such person; “Claim or Demand" means any claim, demand, action, proceeding, judgement, order, ne, penalty, sentence, loss, award of damage or costs of any nature whatsoever |
