RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
I have read the rules and regulations for this race and agree to be bound by them. In consideration of acceptance of this entry or my being permitted to take part in this race, I agree to absolutely release and discharge forever, save harmless and keep indemnified the Jericho Sailing Centre Association, and their respective organizers, agents, officials, executives, servants and representatives, from and against all claims, actions, demands, costs and expenses of any kind in respect to death, personal injury, loss or damage to property, howsoever caused, arising out of, or in conjunction with my taking part in this race, notwithstanding that such death, personal injury, or loss or damage to property may have been caused or contributed to by the negligence of the Jericho Sailing Centre Association, or their respective agents, officials, executives, servants or representatives. I further understand and agree that this release and indemnity is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. |
