A strong breeze had pulled thru Cape Town but was generally true SE so again pretty sheltered. A small turnout but a few SB's and a PB. Times were therefore up a bit compared to hot Tuesday and with our top 3 racing men out of the paddle, Gareth mountain had a strong romp to the podium
