What a great race! Also, the first proper test of our new timing system.

Finish times are accurate and verified by 3 independent timekeepers. Splits are as accurate as we could make them given the logistical constrains. Read on for details...

Individual Split times were captured by one volunteer timekeeper and verified post-race against Full Lap time stamps taken by two official timekeepers. Each complete lap of swim-bike-run proved to be timed with very high accuracy. However, individual splits may have have some discrepancies due to issues with bib number visibility and our poor timekeeper being overloaded with work. Your finishing times remain unaffected, they may just make one of your team members appear faster (or slower) than they really were :-)
Splits times were captured between the following points:
1. Swim: from end of run, until the cyclist enters the road (if your cyclist was taking their time in transition, your swim will appear slower- blame it on the cyclist!) Congratulations to Harriet for clocking the fastest actual swim!
2. Bike: from entering the road to start of run.
3. Run: from transition area to transition area
