Tom and Megan here. We make fun little free races for our church and community. Nothing in it for us. No frills races to make you healthier and the world a better place!

The 4th Annual Change the World Day 5k and 1 Mile Walk is May 11th at 9 a.m.

This event will start and finish at MUMC and is FREE!

Yes...FREE!

However, in lieu of a race fee we ask that you "sponsor a meal" for the MUMC's "Rise Against Hunger", which can be found here

Each meal costs $0.29, and while any amount is appreciated, we suggest
sponsoring at the following levels:
50 meals = $15.00
75 meals = $22.00
100 meals = $30.00

Checks and cash donations will be accepted on the day of the race and can be made out to "Mentor UMC".
