On August 17, come out and run with superheroes at 11am for the Superhero 5K Walk/Run in Hurricane, WV at Valley Park! Participants can wear a shirt or costume of their favorite superhero for the race. Can't run a 5K? That's ok! Just register as a walker! Kids are also welcome to join in on the fun with the 5K race. Everyone has an inner hero and it is time to show it! All proceeds from the race will go directly to the Brandon Smith Benefit Fund. To guarantee a t-shirt, participants MUST register no later than 11:59 PM on July 27, 2013. Remaining shirts will be given first come, first serve basis to those who register after this deadline. All sales are final, but registration can be transferred to another participant. So, hurry and register now before the price goes up!... but don't worry you can still sign up the day of the race at the registration table!
