Date: May 23, 2015
Distance: 8km, 15km and 21km Trail Race (plus a free kids 1km race)
Start & Finish: at Alice Lake Provincial Park
Sign In on Race Day: between 7am and 8:45am (note no pre-package pickup, just morning of)
Race Starts: 8am (21km) and 8:30am (15km) and 9am (8km) and 10:45am (1km Kids Race)

AID STATIONS:
21km – 3 aids
15km – 2 aids
8km – 1 aid

The course will be well marked using a combination of orange stick flags, flagging tape, signs and volunteers combined with sweeps.

KIDS RACE
The 1km kids race will take all the young runners around Alice Lake itself. Parents welcome! All kids must sign in between 10am and 10:30am. Parents are required to sign a waiver.
