Race Club #12, Friday 20th September, will be back on the river – meeting at Papermill Lock from 5.45pm ahead of a 6pm start to a (super-short!) technique workshop, which will be a brief recap of turning strategies and hopefully a tiny warm-up. Then we're planning one last technical race – c. 3.6km around a few laps of a short course east from Papermill (registration at 6.20pm ahead of a 6.30pm start).
If you’d rather keep your stats to yourself or want to take part purely as a personal challenge, you have the option to keep your position and/or time private – in which case we won’t publish publicly but will email your results directly. This is ‘fun racing’, meant for enjoyment and personal improvement, hence there will be no prizes or overall series results.
