Blue Sky awesome day :) 3rd out of water, 4th off bike, however running a 10km running race day before did not help running legs, great day with Paul and Darryl

Differently a Break through Race. Broke my 4 minute Kilometer Barrier :)Then proceeded to push so hard on the bike that bent the front chain ring. i Think i made it to light :)Retired, but paced the 2nd run still under 4 minute kilometers. Really Happy with today's performance :)
