Doors open at 645pm. Spin is instructor led, from 7pm to 8pm.

First 10 to sign up are committed to showing up. 24hr cancellation policy, if you are signed up and DON'T show up, you will be charged $10. This is to keep the sign up fair to all members. If you can't make it, email Phil ASAP @ pbirrer@gmail.com

Bikes have SPD pedals on one side, or you can use runners on the other side.

Spins will be instructor led, as well as utilizing Sufferfest and Spinervals video workouts.
