Online Sign up only, we need to get a racers entry list downloaded to the WebScorer timing App by the night before.
Your Race number stays with you throughout the series and does not change. Please return to the club though after each race.
Please Note. Entries will only be accepted if you are a current member of the club and the online entrance fee of £2.50 (total for the Series) has been paid.

Each entrant will run a qualifying race and be given a handicap time based on their time. In the rounds the
runners will start in several consecutive groups with a few minutes between each group. The group will be
made up of runners with similar handicap times. The winner will be the runner who has improved their
handicap in that round the most. There will be a trophy awarded to the winner for each of the six rounds and
also trophies for the top three finishers in the series. The winner will get 100 points towards their overall
score, second 99 and so on downwards. The best 4 scores will count towards overall score, which also
equates to being able to miss two races.
Entrants who are running for the first time and have not qualified will not be awarded a winners trophy for
that round or receive the points. This is to safeguard against any inaccurate times.
The race committee reserves the right to review the results and adjust where any one is adjudged to have
given an inaccurate time estimate for the course.
Entrants will have to accept responsibility for their own safety whilst competing. Remember car drivers
cannot always see a dark figure suddenly darting across a road in front of them in the darkness of winter.
* You are required to wear reflective clothing.
* No shortcuts are allowed as this will lead to automatic disqualification.
* None payment will disqualify an entrant from winning any trophy.
* Entry is strictly open to club members only.
* In ear audio devices and headphones are not allowed. For Safety & Club Insurance purposes.
