Race notes
A MAC virtual challenge to maintain the spirit of the annual Tour of the Derwent Valley normally staged over the Spring Bank holiday by the legendary David Denton.

In this latest challenge you will complete the following activities that match the distances and race order of the actual event had it been allowed tp progress:

Frday 22nd May 2020 - 15+ 4 mile run / U15 2 mile run
Saturday 23rd May 2020 - 15+ 4.6 mile run / U15 2.3 mile run
Sunday 24th May 2020 - 15+ 5.5 mile run / U15 2.8 mile run
Monday 25th May 2020 - 15+ 4 mile run./ U15 2 mile run

All the runs must be completed on an out and back course to neutralise any elevation gains or losses and they must be visible to the Organisors on a training app e.g. Strava/Garmin Connect or verified through a photograph etc Remember to maintain safe social distancing throughout your activities and use local courses to avoid non-essential travel.
