Impulso - 3 Event Panache Pass

Webscorer RacePass is a pre-paid digital pass that racers buy in advance to cover entry fees for future events on the Webscorer platform.  Each RacePass is specific to a specified ability level:  Impulso (Beginner), Intermedio (Intermediate), and Esperto (Expert). 

How RacePass Works

Advance Purchase: Participants can purchase bundled race passes or multi-race packages upfront
Redemption: When registering for an individual race later, the participant signs in and selects their active RacePass from a drop-down menu on the registration page. 
Fee Coverage: The pass reduces the event registration fee to zero
Tracking: Participants can view their remaining pass balance and purchase history under the "My racer profile" section. 
Rules: Race passes are typically non-transferable, bound to a specific season or series, and require racers to officially sign up for individual events before registration closes.

Steps to Apply a RacePass
Sign in to your Webscorer account that holds the purchased RacePass.
Navigate to the event registration page for the specific race you want to enter.
Fill in your details including your category, distance, and required participant info.
Select the payment option to "use race pass to pay for entry fee" during checkout.
Click "Calculate" to apply the pass, which should reduce your entry total to zero.
Accept the waiver and complete the registration to secure your spot on the start list.
Repeat the process for any additional individual events included in your multi-race pass pack.
