Volunteering for Fuego y Agua Ultra Trail Nicaragua is tough! If you are not ready for heat, bugs, hiking, waiting, carrying, adapting to change, being patient, being open minded, being laid back and cool, then DO NOT come down. You will be up without sleep for 24 hours, you will have to carry your food and water into remote locations, you will need to bring a headlamp, jacket, good shoes and a great attitude. Please do not fill this out if you are not 100% sure about volunteering for the event. The event will start/finish on May 13th, 2017 in Playa Santo Domingo, Isla de Ometepe, Nicaragua. Exact dates/details will be given once the Volunteer Coordinator sends out final information.
Please Note!
*We do not cover travel expenses to/from the event.
*We will have a basic tent or hammock camping area for you to setup around your time spent volunteering, a small communal kitchen area will be available for preparing your own food.
*We provide food ONLY for the hours when you are volunteering, this may be in the form of a packed meal. If you need/want anything specific, you must bring it with you!
