MECHANISM
_ Participants: Any runners (>18 y.o) who wants to push their limits
_ Content: Individual Male/Female and Relay (team of 04 members with at least 01 Female)
+ Individual: Every runner must run around 5km loop Thao Dien within 8 hours (under close supervision from the organizer). Those who run the highest mileage within 8 hours will be the winners. Runners could combine running, walking, resting along the way, no need to run non-stop. Those who run up to their max limits (e.g. in 6-7 hours) then will be recorded as having finished the challenge with their respectively times and distances. Runners must finish at Start/Finish line in order to be validated as official finishers
+ Team Relay: 04 members will first take turn to run every 5km until each members accumulates 02 rounds (10km) or whole team runs total 40km. After that, team could choose strategy in flexible way to manage through the rest of 8-hour challenge. Team who runs the highest mileage within 8 hours will be a champion. Runners must finish at Start/Finish line in order to be validated as official finishers

You need to gather enough 04 members (at least 01 female) in your team then decide a fixed Team Name. When clicking to register, you need to fill in the same Team Name which was chosen by your team so that Organizer could know the details
