Winter Series Race 3, Yarra River, Fairfield Park Boathouse, Fairfield (Melway Ref 30-J12).

This is a team-based race, with teams comprising between two to four boats. The objective is to work together to get your team over the line in the fastest time.

All classes are welcome (canoes, kayaks, SUPs, skis, etc). There is no restriction on the age, gender, divisional ranking, club affiliation or boat type within each team - teams can be a mixture of singles and doubles, canoes, kayaks, skis, etc.

You may choose the distance you wish to race, regardless of your divisional ranking (n.b. all team members paddle the same distance). However, please do not choose the long course unless you can paddle at greater than 11 km/hr.

No portage.

Wearing of an approved PFD (personal flotation device) is mandatory for this event.
