- Saturday 6th June – Rabbit Island – event briefing 3.00pm race start 3.15pm.
- Saturday 13th June – Miyuazu – event briefing 3.00pm race start 3.15pm.
NOTE this is a new year and you need to re-register no other webscorer numbers apply to this event, you need to have a new number just for this series of events.

Best to register online to save time for everyone, you can register on the day but if you do arrive 45 minutes before race time to save long queues.
Meet at Rabbit Island, race venue will be well marked
Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before race brief at 3.00pm racing starts 3.15pm, 1km runners run first followed by 2km & 3km runners going together after the 1km finishes.
All competitors must report to the registration table, to check name, distance etc and also to get your number on your hand.
