Reg open & close date/sell out:

• Registration opens on Tues, Apr 28 at 8am PT, and registration closes WHEN WE SELL OUT or by Fri, Oct 2 at 6pm PT - whichever comes first.
• Last year sold out quickly - be sure to register fast!
• As much as we'd like to include as many racers as possible, we have to cap the event to ensure a safe and fun race for this venue.

Fees: 

• $85 registration includes free lunch for racers and a fully supported race with professional timing. Additional food available for purchase for spectators & familiy.
• Optional  t-shirts priceis $25. Ask anyone from last year about how cool these t-shirts were!
  • We need t-shirt pre-orders for sizing - limited quantities available on race day.

Important registration rules:

• Categories: There are three categories: Expert, Sport, and Beginner and three age groups: U10, 10-13, and 14-18. Racers should select the appropriate age group based on their age on the date of the event.
• Chaperones: Racers under 10 require a chaperone. Racers 10-13 may race with a chaperone if desired. Racers 14-18 may not race with a chaperone. Chaperones do not need to register. 

• Reg changes:

  • There will be no day-of registration.

  • Category changes will be permitted until Fri, Oct 2 at 6pm PT. Use your Webscorer account for changes. Please don't be a sandbagger. :)
  • Transfers can be processed through Fri, Oct 2 at 6pm PT  and ONLY available by emailing sarah@bayareabikeproject.org

• Waiver: Please ensure you've completed our digital waiver before race day.
