Lincoln Highway Dash 5k

With the initial run in 2014, this is Nevada's oldest 5k race! The event is part of Nevada's annual Lincoln Highway Days celebration, and is the final event of the RUN Nevada Race Series 2026. The race will begin at SCORE Park, ending on the parade route in downtown Nevada. A shuttle will be available back to the starting line to retrieve your vehicle.

Earlybird registration costs $35 through August 13, then will increase to $40. All participants must register by August 28 at 5pm. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. All proceeds will go towards a trail enhancement project in Nevada.

Earlybird registrants receive a race t-shirt. All participants receive a finisher medal courtesy of ALMACO and post-race refreshments courtesy of Dollar Fresh and Fareway.

August 29, 2026 Schedule of Events:

7:30am-Packet pick-up at SCORE Park (1545 Fawcett Pkwy, Nevada, IA)

8:30am-Race begins

Immediately following the race: Shuttle service is available to the starting line.

10am-Lincoln Highway Days parade begins
