Waiver & Release of Liability: By registering and participating in this tournament, I acknowledge and understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Gyppo Ale Mill, the Lost Coast Tourism Association, Shelter Cove Golf Course, participating nonprofits, and all event organizers, sponsors, partners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in the tournament and any associated activities, including travel to and from the event.
