A classic Peak District challenge, this route allows you to tackle summits, ridges and edges as you traverse the beautiful Vale of Edale. A challenging route of approx 20 miles with 1400m of ascent, it requires a decent level of fitness and sufficient endurance for 6 - 7hours on foot. We run at a sociable pace so you can enjoy the company, the views and experience a rewarding day out.
You will be guided by experienced, friendly and knowledgeable mountain leaders. Each mountain leader is qualified in outdoor first aid and carries a first aid kit and emergency shelter.

Mandatory kit:
Trail running shoes - supportive, comfortable and broken in
Full waterproof cover - hooded coat and overtrousers
Additional layers

Sufficient food and drink for a full day on the hill
