Whether you're tackling the triathlon, duathlon, or multisport, you'll enjoy a scenic, action-packed course featuring swimming, biking, running, or kayaking. Choose from long or short distances, and experience a fun-filled day with a post-race barbecue and spot prize giveaways. All levels welcome—register now!

Long Course
- 6.00 am Registration and bike racking opens
- 6.45 am Registration closes, no late check-ins or entries
- 6.50 am Race briefing (ALL competitors MUST attend the race briefing!)
- 7.00 am Race Start
*Short Course
- 7.00 am Registration and bike racking opens
- 7.45 am Registration closes, no late check-ins or entries
- 7.50 am Race briefing (ALL competitors MUST attend the race briefing!)

Note: Please be mindful of long-course competitors when entering Rabbit Island and setting up.
After the race, enjoy a free barbecue for competitors and a small prizegiving (spot prizes only).

- Triathlon, long course (1500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run)
- Triathlon, short course (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run)
- Duathlon, long course (5km run, 40km bike, 10km run)
- Duathlon, short course (2.5km run, 20km bike, 5km run)
- Multisport, long course (6km kayak, 40km bike, 10km run)
- Multisport, Short course (3km kayak, 20km bike, 5km run)

Pay online Adult or Team non-member ($30) -select this option to pay online either single adult entry or team entry.
Pay online Adult Tri Club member ($20) -select this option to pay online and receive the club discount, must be a Nelson Tri Club member.
Pay online Student U18 non-member ($15) -select this option to pay online and receive School Student (U18) discount.
Pay online Student U18 Tri Club member ($10) -select this option to pay online and receive the U18 School Student club discount, must be a Nelson Tri Club member.
Pay at event (bring cash on the day of race) -select this option to pay cash on the day of the race. No discounts for this option.
Note to encourage pre-race entries, race day entries will attract a 50% extra penalty and no discounts apply. If you’re uncertain about whether to compete and wish to avoid the late entry penalty, please enter online, selecting 'Pay at Event' under the Payment option. Should you not compete, no charge will be made.
