Super Sprint Style Format Biathlon Race, 20 sec Interval start, one spare round per shooting stage

Age 15 - Adult: 5 X 1.2K, PPSS with one spare round per shooting stage, 75 M Penalty lap
Age 13 & 14 (U15): 5 X 1.2K, PPPP with one spare round per shooting stage, 75 M Penalty lap
Age 12 and Under (U13): 5 X 1.2K PPPP (no blocks) with one spare round per shooting stage at standing targets, 75 M Penalty lap

P = Prone shooting, S = Standing

NOTE: There will be NO same day registration. Payment due at registration race day.
This is an OPEN race for USBA "Red Book" safety certified biathletes and youth in a USBA biathlon program. U15 and U13 biathletes will not be carrying a rifle. Competitive U15 biathletes are encouraged to race up in the U19 age group.

$20 event daily venue fee payable to Ariens Nordic Center day of race (All racers)
$ 10 race fee for Youth through 21 years of age, payable to Blackhawk Ski Club
$ 20 race fee for Adults over 21, payable to Blackhawk Ski Club

A "Competitor" level annual USBA membership or USBA "member for a day" is required to cover race liability insurance. Do not show up on race day without some form of USBA membership.
