The Bridges Inny / Outty race are two small boat races held one after the other that start at the Latitude 48 docks located in the marina at the end of Herald Street behind Value Village.
This event is BYOB (that's right Bring Your Own Boat as they are not provided for the small boat event).

THE INNY is a 5ish km race in protected waters ideal for new racers, marathon canoes and even experience paddlers that want a shorter "sprint" distance. The race goes up the gorge waterway, with a turn just before Tillicum narrows to head back to the start/finish line. Registration/Check-in Opens at 8:30 a.m. Pre-race safety meeting 9:00am, Race Start 9:30am

THE OUTTY is a 12ish km race that heads out of the Victoria harbour to run along the island's coast. There may be course modifications on race day should conditions be too big for most. Registration/Check-in Opens at 8:30, Pre-race safety meeting 10:30 am. Race Start 11:00 am

PLEASE NOTE: You must check in with registration before you race.

Half of the proceeds from these races are donated to the Victoria Native Friendship Center.
Awards will be held after each race.

Please note a $5 processing fee will be charge on any withdrawals.
