Oosik Classic 2022; fun and funky 10km, 25km and 50km cross country classic ski race and tour!

We are very excited to be holding an in person race this year. The trails are fabulous and we look forward to celebrating all things Nordic skiing. Due to requests from parents of younger children, we've added a 10km distance You don't have to be a parent or child to ski it though. We have a 200 person cap on the 10K.
Celebrate the end of the ski season Talkeetna style and put the "country" back into cross country skiing. This one of a kind classic race and tour features a new and different course each year with fun and unexpected technical challenges. Distances are approximate, and trail conditions are variable. If the sky is clear, expect fantastic views of the Alaska Range.

There will be aid stations and finish line food but no official after party. We are leaving that up to local businesses. There is a Nordic ski film showing on Friday night. Details on our website and Oosik social media
