#1.BEFORE THE RUCK RUN
Determine a 5k course, preferably on sand or dirt trail
Determine to run Solo, OR to run as a Team of 2, or 4, Male, Female, or Co-ed. ONLY teams WITH at least one civilian AND/OR one 1st Responder, Veteran, or Service Member have discounted entry fees.

#2. FOOD
Collect canned and/or dry food and put it in your Ruck or Backpack which you will carry during the 5k.
Total weight of the Ruck plus the food must equal 10 lbs,
Food will be donated to a local food bank. of your choice.

#3. THE APP
ALL entrants must download the Webscorer App on their
SMARTPHONES.

#4. REGISTRATION
All entrants MUST use the WebScorer App to register for the Ruck Run.

#5. TIMING
Each entrant will use the Webscorer App on their SMARTPHONES to insert their times - at the Start, the Midpoint (…if its an out & back course…), and then Finish.

#6. ENTRY FEES
ALL ENTRIES ARE $20PP

#7 AWARDS - MEDALS TO THE TOP THREE
Individual - Male & Female … team members are eligible for the fastest overall medal.
Team of Two - Male, Female & Co-Ed
Team of Four - Male, Female & Co-Ed
Everyone receives Running Lights, a Project Courage T-shirt & a dog tag.

NOTE: Co-Ed teams are 50% female and 50%, male.

#8. TEAM MEMBERS
Each team member must REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY, making sure the correct team name and race category are entered.
