Looking for some community and competition to help get in shape? We invite you to join us on the ‘Core Challenge’ and work on the neglected core. No cost and nothing to lose but inches off your waist. Purse for the top 3 male and female and trophy for the overall male and female. This is an everyday last person standing challenge.
The rules:
You must register at prior to the start of the challenge
We are gonna get tribal. You can choose one of the challenge sponsors as your tribe. All the sponsors are in the health and fitness industry.
Day 1 minimum starting is 10 second plank and 5 second hollow body, as picture above
Plank is elbows and toes only, hollow body is hands out legs out - no variations
Honor system- report daily by facebook event post of your times or email if you don’t use facebook
If you don’t report or don’t get your plank/hollow body done you are out, no exceptions
The purse is $50 for 3rd place, $75 for 2nd place, and $100 for 1st place.
Trophy for the overall winner male and female and their tribe (sponsor)
