With the pandemic in mind there are additional considerations and guidelines to prepare for and participate in our event this year. Please keep up to date on our website, where you can sign up to follow weekly blog posts. New posts are also tweeted weekly (#actifepica) and posted to Facebook but note that Facebook may not be monitored regularly, so please email us at actifepica@gmail.com with questions or concerns (our Facebook page is there as a place for the race community to discuss our event and connect with one another but is not our primary means to share info or communicate with you, so email us to receive a timely response).

DISCLAIMER

The format of Actif Epica has been modified for 2021 to adhere to Manitoba Public Health guidelines for sporting activities and events. Changes include specific policies for racer and volunteer safety as well as course modifications to facilitate reductions in volunteer requirements. Prior to registration please read:

If additional changes are required in response to changing Manitoba Public Health Guidelines they will be updated on our COVID page. No refunds will be offered if the event continues in a modified format. If the event is cancelled, a portion of registration fees may be refunded. Most expenses are incurred well ahead of race weekend, and the amount available for refund will depend on costs that have already been incurred.
