This is a fun, virtual MNR Monday Night Racing cycling event, organised jointly by Cycling Otago and Cycling Southland, run on the Zwift virtual cycling platform.
Each category will have an individual ride leader - please follow the relevant ride leader on Zwift (using the Zwift companion app) and they will send you an invitation to a meet-up.
The ride will comprise three laps of Watopia Flat Route, around 34km:
A grade - ride leader Ella Harris [CSR]
B grade - ride leader David McCormick - CS
C grade - ride leader Eugene Bonthuys - CS
Please ensure you have entered via Webscorer and followed the relevant ride leader on Zwift by 2pm on Monday.
You will be invited to the corresponding meet up on Monday afternoon - please accept the meet up and be online at least 15 minutes before the meet up.
It will not help if you enter C grade and follow the A grade ride leader - you will not receive an invite as they will not be checking the C grade entry list. If you do not follow the correct ride leader, they cannot invite you to the meet up. If you do not accept the invitation before the ride, you cannot join the ride.
Follow ride leaders in the Zwift companion app on your phone - from the Home screen click on More, then Find Zwifters.
For meetup invitations, click on Events, then on the little group icon in the top bar (next to the bike and runner icons)
The event is a full drop ride - full gas from the start!
Let's see who can cross the line first in the first combined MNR race!
