The Drummers Downwind Challenge Handicap race is being held on Saturday 7th of March. The handicaps will be set and your times will be sent out closer to the race date.

The race will start at 2pm with the first wave leaving from the Fremantle rock-wall.

At City Beach there will be an orange buoy that everyone must go around (clock-wise/right turn) before a small run up the beach to the finish line. You will be handed a pop stick with your finishing number on it.

Don’t loose the pop stick because there is a great random draw prize to give away. Many thanks to Blue Sky Caravan hire for providing a weekend's accommodation in an awesome house at Ledge Point.

There will be a $15 fee in web scorer to cover the water safety costs and bar staff for after the race. Even if you can’t race on the day, it would be appreciated if you could please show your support and help cover the costs.

City of Perth SLSC will be open for after race refreshments and presentations.

We have put a huge amount of effort and hours into this race with over 700 Garmin entries transferred into the spreadsheets. We hope that everyone who has set a time comes along and has a paddle.
