Let's get together -- from a safe distance -- for a virtual 5k to benefit FOYA Uganda! This is a great chance for adults and kids to get some fresh air and exercise, do some good in the world, and still slow the spread of COVID-19. It's the perfect solution to those social distancing blues.

Here's how to participate:
- Register here by May 3.
- Run, walk, roll, or skip 5k (3.1 miles) at your own pace, wherever you like, either on one day or over multiple days. Get out and enjoy a local park! Just be sure to maintain a safe distance from others. Time yourself and post your time, or just relax and enjoy.
- Take a selfie on your safari and tag FOYA Uganda on social media (optional, but fun)!
- Get your bragging rights instantly, and get your t-shirt (if you ordered one) by mail or by in-person pickup with safety precautions.
- The first 42 registrants will receive a race medal!
