Come join us for Beachy Yoga with ROXY on Saturday, March 14th!!

A perfect start to your busy day, this flow yoga class is designed to nourish your soul. With the beach as your studio and the sea as your soundtrack, stretch and flow with instructor Courtenay Porter for a 60 minute yoga session. Beginners to advanced encouraged, regardless of your skill level this is the class for you! Stay afterwards and hydrate with complimentary refreshments from Natalie's Orchid Island Juice Company and enjoy a live music performance by Anja with Greenlight an alternative/pop/rock band!

Online registration is required, including a $10 registration donation where all proceeds support One Lagoon. The event capacity is limited to the first 225 participants. All registrants will receive ROXY towels and hats at check-in! Event swag is only available the morning of event during check-in.

Check-in at 8:30am to receive your participant wristband and swag. The official yoga start time is 9:00am (start times subject to change day of event by 30 minutes).
