The BAM Bare Bones Open Water Swim is held in the scenic Boulder reservoir surrounded by mountains and open space. Boulder's altitude is 5430 feet so if you are coming from out of town do keep that in mind.

We offer four distances: 750 meters, 1500 meters, 3000 meters and 4500 meters

Wetsuits are allowed.
Only traditional swimwear is considered non-wetsuit – NO tech swim or tri suits, no neoprene, no long jammer swim suits for males & females, etc.
All other attire will be considered wetsuit

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR HEADPHONES!
PLEASE NO SWIM EQUIPMENT (BUOYS, PADDLES, ETC.)
