Thank you for your interest in the Eventide Races.

The 5k is a daylight race starting at approximately 6:05pm.

You need to have third party public liability insurance for your dog(s). Proof of this must be sent to nathan@flyingfoxrunning.co.uk before your place is confirmed.

The 6k and 12k canicross races are planned to start ahead of the main field for the 12k at approximately 7:35. The canicross 6k and 12k people will start at the same time, the pre race briefing for for the the 12k runners. The 6k race is only only one lap of the course. All runners are required to wear a head torch for this race.

Race Entries cost if you're a member of a club which is affiliated to UK Athletics or the Association of Running Clubs (or a member of them directly)
£19 for the 5 and 6k
£21 for the 12k

If you're not a member its
£21 for the 5 and 6k
£23 for the 12k

Deferments or transfers must be notified at least one week before race.

Given the increasingly unpredictable nature of the weather there is a chance the canicross race may not go ahead if we believe the weather makes it unsafe for the majority of dogs to run. In this case you would be able to run in the main field without your dog(s). Unfortunately no refund would be able to be given if this was not an acceptable option. If this is likely we will do our best to give as much notice as possible. Also just because the race is going ahead does not mean it is necessarily suitable for your dog to run. If this is the case you can join the main field, though please let us know at number collection.

Please note it is possible to enter the 5k and one of the other races but you will need to slight modify your name for the second entry, eg by adding your middle initial to your first name.

We have 16 places in the 5k and 16 between the 6k and 12k. Places in the 6k and 12k are interchangeable. If one is sold out but the other free, book that place and pay the correct amount by the bank transfer method of paying.
