Ballard Elks Paddle Club Valentines Paddle


Thank you for registering for our second Winter Series Paddle!

Race entry donation proceeds go to the Tall Elks, supporting services for children with developmental delays or physical disabilities.

Donation: $20 or $10 for BEPC members (payable via cash or check to ‘Ballard Elks’). $25 & $15 for day-of registrations.

In-person registration and donation collection starts 1:30pm - look for volunteers under a tent.

Race starts at 2:30pm

All paddlers must have a PFD and leash.

We have two race courses



The medium course is 5 miles and designed for paddle racers with some experience in open water and negotiating current and chop.

The short course is 3 miles long and designed for racers who want a shorter time on water and/or are building their skills.

Maps of the courses will posted on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter under the @bepc827 handle for all three sites.

Food, awards, parking and questions


We strongly encourage you to stay after the race for the food service and post race hydration available in the Elks social quarters (guests must be signed in by members).

Park in Elks southern parking lot rows, overflow parking should go to the east section of the lot. Please do not unload in fire parking zone by the beach entrance.
