Wavechaser #6 Point Molate-Short Course

LOCATION - Point Molate Beach Park, Richmond, CA.Take exit 7A Western Drive towards Point Molate on Highway 580 W before San Rafael/Richmond bridge.Continue on Stenmark Drive. Beach will be on the left.

RACE CHECK-IN AND SCHEDULE
NOVICE 8-830 check-in. 8:45 race meeting. 9:00 Start
SHORT 9-930 check-in. 9:45 race meeting. 10:00 Start
LONG 11:00-11:30 check-in 11:45 race meeting 12:00 noon Start
PFDS required to be worn and racers must carry a Wavechaser-issued storm whistle. Leashes recommended. Safety checks to be conducted at check-in.

NOVICE @3 miles. $15 pp. No age divisions except for Juniors
SHORT @5 miles. $30 pp or $15 pp for Juniors. No age divisions except for Juniors
LONG @10-12 miles. $30 pp or $15 pp for Juniors
JUNIORS/MENTORS $15. MENTORS race for free

CLASS DIVISIONS
NOVICE COURSE: U16 (16&under), U19 (17-19), U23 (20-23), OPEN (24+)
SHORT COURSE: U23 (23 and under), OPEN (24+)
LONG COURSE: U23 (23&under), OPEN (24-45); MASTERS (46-59); SR. MASTERS (60+)
WATERMAN/WATERWOMAN - Races a different boat craft solo in each course

AWARDS: 5 to create a Division class. If less than 5, classes to be combined with awards based on overall finish

HOW TO REGISTER FOR DOUBLES or V3 TEAM, Select Team option and enter names of all members of your team. Be sure that each team member completes a waiver

RACING MORE THAN ONE COURSE: If registered for Short or Long course, and racing an additional course, 2nd course fee is $10.00. When registering for the additional course, choose to pay in person on race day for discount rate. If you race all 3 courses, Novice course is Free, but must register in advance

US VETERANS discount $10.00 for short and long courses

$10 LATE FEE for registering on race day

REFUNDS If you register in advance and cancel, we will refund your fees (less Paypal fee) or credit towards a future race
