Time: PRIMARY 9:30 AM TO 1:30 PM; SECONDARY 1PM TO 4:30 PM

Location: Arrowhead Provincial Park (Hwy.11, just north of Huntsville)

Cost: $5 per athlete primary schools. Secondary schools pay set fee for all GB race series races. If your school is not in the GB Race Series, the cost is $5 per runner, payable on arrival at Registration. Entry to Park & Parking are free!

Please express your intention to enter runners by emailing Pierre Mikhail at pmikhail@me.com by Friday September 21, 2018. This will allow us to plan our resources appropriately.

Payment for registered primary school athletes will be required on race day by cheque (payable to “Huntsville Hoyas Cross Country Team”) at Registration.

Final day for entry is Wednesday September 28 at 5:00pm. There will be no guaranteed late or race day entries.

Secondary schools do not need to enter runners before race. The race will have the same format as the other races in the series with coaches recording places of their runners and submitting after race

Medals to the top three athletes in each race given out at finish line.

There will be medically qualified personnel present at a centrally-located station.

Food available for purchase from the HHS Food Program.

Ample parking is readily available and race officials will direct vehicles. There will be no access to your buses after drop off until pick up.

Primary Schools: Buses will drop off runners no later than 9:30 am and pick up no later than 1:30 pm.

Secondary Schools: Buses will drop off runners no later than 2 pm, with pick up at 4:30pm.
