Join us each Saturday at 7am for an hour of open water swimming. In the calm waters of A'l Bahar beach you will be able to access a 350m swim lane. With qualified swim coach and lifeguards on hand, this is the perfect session for those of you wanting to swim open water but not wanting to go alone.

Parking will be at the beach parking near Nation Towers and then a short walk under the under pass and directly onto the beach.

The meeting point will be the waters edge at the entrance to the swim lane.

Showers and Toilets are available.
