April 22, 2018 BOT Round 1

Are you ready to race?

What is BOT 1.0
It's a 6K adventure race, duathlon. Competitors will compete in 5-laps
- 1.0K Trail Run
- 1.5K Paddle
- 1.0K Trail Run
- 1.5K Paddle
- 1.0K Trail Run

You can do it SOLO - TEAM OF 2 - TEAM OF 5

What to expect:
Obstacles, detours, secret challenges

What is the paddle part:
Two laps with a portage (carry your paddleboard kayak prone, OC or what ever you choose to paddle over the sand) You should expect special challenges and instructions along the way, or not.
