Otakaro Decent


For the more socially minded paddlers, this event will involve a light hearted float through Christchurch and down to the Arawa Canoe Club. If it's a hot day, there may be a few stops for refreshments. A cool day and we may need to stop on the odd occassion to warm up. Following on from the Redzone Rage, kayak transport from the club to the start can be arranged on the club's trailers. Register quick to secure a space.

The Descent will start at Hagley Park, and Finish at the Arawa Clubrooms. All participants are encouraged to be in Semi Formal dress.
