Hi Racers!

An end of year bonus race brought to you by Brian Raymer of South Island SUP and Doug Pickard with 4k,1k and 200m races. An optional run following the 4k for any SUP racers interested. Online registration is for the SUP races. Optional run can be added onsite.

Please read the following information.

PFDs and whistles are mandatory Transport Canada requirements. Note that most of the waist belt PFDs have whistles inside with the vest. CHECK to make sure you have one. If you do not have a whistle, we will have a few for sale at the race ($5 each). Leashes are recommended (not mandatory for this race).

Wear/bring clothing/immersion gear suitable for the weather conditions on race day. Bring a change of clothes and keep on the beach or in your car just in case.

Online fees before 6pm on September 14 are $30 (3km/4km), PLUS GST

Onsite fees are $35 (3km/4km), INCLUDES GST

***Youth Paddlers 17 and under are FREE!***

Schedule of events:
9:30 – 10:00am – On site registration / check-in
10:00 – 10:15am – Racer Meeting
~10:15 – 12:15pm - 200m, 1km, 3km (Surfboards 12' and under) and 4km (Raceboards 14' and under) followed by an optional run around Lower Thetis Lake loop.

Fun Relay – Time & weather permitting (super casual, form teams on site)
1:00pm Awards and Draw Prizes

**BBQ starts at 11:45**
