Short Course Triathlon: 0.5km Swim / 20km Bike / 6km Run
Short Course Duathlon: 6km Run / 20km Bike / 4km Run

Bib pickup 7:30am Aug 2, Sir Richard Squires Building

Pre-race meeting will be 7:00pm. Sauturday, August 1 at Cycle Solutions, 35 West St.

-Each team member must complete the registration and agree to the waver.
-Each team member must have a TriNL number (there is a one day team member option on the TriNL registration page). Please register with TriNL before completing this form.
