Welcome to the registration page for the MAC members winter age graded 10k handicap. As in previous years the results will be decided using the age graded handicap system, which provides a level playing field for all. The results will be gender based so will again feature separate mens and ladies competitions.

It is a six race series between October and March, usually held on the third Thursday of each month, with your best five results counting to your total score.You will only need to register once for all six races. The course remains unaltered using the fast Arc - Matlock Bath Pavillion route, the details of which can be viewed on the MAC website 10kCourse

Minimum age 16. It is your responsibilty to inform the time keepers should you celebrate a birthday during the series as there will be no retrospective corrections to the age graded results.
