10m course starting and finishing at the Cricket Club with a 5m option for the less experienced runners. This is the 4th race in the seasonal handicap series - points at stake for the series trophies (top 3 males and females) as well as trophies for the top male and female on the day (all based on time relative to handicap time). Points are also awarded for the 2022 Grand Prix Leagues - points will be awarded for those completing the 10m course followed by those completing the 5m course - all based on actual run time and not handicap time.
Start groups will be based on total entry numbers and any Government restrictions currently in operation and will be published nearer the date. Start times from around 9:00am.
