Event notes
Online entries will be open to Swimmers aged 18 years or over. Please note
that there will be no late entries for the Ruth Ziegeler Open Water Swim –
all entries must be completed via this online portal. If any competitor is
having difficulty registering online, please contact Stephen Strachan at
Atlantis on 0438 847 418.
Swimmer numbers will be capped due to Covid 19
restrictions and water cover requirements. Priority will be given to those
swimmers registering earliest. If you register but are unable to swim
because you are not under the cap, you will be offered a refund.

Distance
800m or 1.6 km

Registration:
8.30 am on the beach in front of the Seacliff Patrol Tower - Esplanade Seacliff

Race:
Start in the water in front of the Seacliff Patrol Tower
1 lap or 2 laps of an 800m Circuit
Finish at the water's edge in front of the Seacliff Patrol Tower

Presentations:
Presentation of prizes and results will be held on the beach after the event. Swimmers may use wetsuits, however prizes will not be awarded to wetsuit swimmers.

Refund policy
If the event is cancelled prior to the day of the event, a refund will be provided to swimmers and swimmers will be notified via the Atlantis Facebook site at: www.facebook.com/atlantismastersswimmingclub.

A refund will NOT be offered if the event is cancelled on the day of the event.

Covid 19
The event managers are monitoring the state government restrictions that apply due to the Covid 19 pandemic. We have a Covid Safe Plan and we have adopted a range of measures in accordance with the Plan. A designated area will be set up on the beach and only competitors and race volunteers will be allowed in this area, and all will be required to have pre-registered for Covid
